Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trumen&Threads. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return
   You can request a return only if:

• You received a damaged product
• The product is defective
• You received the wrong item

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

• Used or worn products
• Size issues (unless incorrect size was delivered)
• Customized or discounted items
• Items without original packing

2. Return Procedure

• Contact us at [email protected] with your order ID and photos of the issue.
• Our team will review and approve the request.
• If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

2. Refunds
   Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Razorpay). Please allow 5–7 business days for settlement.
3. Cancellation Policy
   Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. After shipping, cancellation is not allowed.
